Products We Use
Pripps
Sugarbush - They produce the maple sugar and syrup
that David uses in many of his breakfasts.
Key
Coffee - Roasted right here in Canton. Inn at 2920
gets a special, organic blend of beans.
Falls
Mill - Regular guests often request David's delicious
grits for breakfast. The tastiest finished products
start with the best ingredients.
Strand
Tea - Talk to Jack Strand to sample the world's
finest, most exotic teas.
Edgar
Allen Poe House - If you were wondering why Baltimore's
football team is called the Ravens, here's your answer.
Edgar Allen Poe wrote numerous stories and poems right
here in Baltimore.
American
Visionary Art Museum - This is hands-down, our favorite
museum in Baltimore. Self-taught, contemporary artists
with thought-provoking exhibits. They also take art
on the road once a year during the Kinetic Sculpture
Race where entrants create bicycle floats that must
also be sea-worthy. Splash down is just two blocks from
the Inn.
Restaurants We Recommend
Aldo's
- Dressy Italian restaurant in Little Italy. A great
"special occasion" restaurant.
Faidleys
- Our favorite crab cakes in Baltimore located in 200-year-old
Lexington Market in downtown Baltimore.
India Rasoi - Great Indian restaurant inexplicably
located in Little Italy (the only non-Italian restaurant
there). They deliver to the Inn as well!!
G&M
Crab Cakes - If you are heading to or from the airport,
this is a worthwhile stop for a big ole' Baltimore crab
cake. Don't expect great service…just a great crabcake.
Nacho
Mamas - Elvis lives at Nacho's…just about a block
from the Inn. Great neighborhood restaurant and bar.
La
Scala Ristorante - Our favorite Little Italy restaurant.
Don't miss the grilled Caesar salad and eggplant meatballs
(if Nino has them…they aren't on the menu).
Helen's
Garden - Great food, great wine list, neighborhood
ambiance…what more can you ask for?
